papers r saying it was in front of the home fans! i suppose they cud hav just gone to their own fans! but i do hav a gif of the incident and the coin hit rio even before he lifted his shirt up!

I burst out laughing when I saw it cause I thought he poked himself in the eye, I think it happened in the same corner that Rooney was pelted with coins while trying to take a corner

Being hit by a coin obvious didn't affect Rio's plans. He and the other Manchester stars managed to get front row sets at the X Factor finals.

think falcao must have heard about torres thats why he scored five yesterday surely he has to come to us

He went to the Man United fans like the other Man United fans.

The coin was thrown from the left hand side, which was full of Man City fans of where the Man United fans were positioned.

Heard earlier Falcao is Mourinho's number 1 target for January.

I heard it was a Euro that hit him, not an English coin. The City fans had no need for them any more...
