I know Rebecca-Jade wants more night shifts, and I think most of the girls I mentioned do as well. Some of them hadn't worked any day shifts before joining RLC and I doubt they all simply wanted to try something new all at the same time

Ok so I know about Rebecca so the rest is just your desire to see a rota change lol but there is already lots of choice through out the channels and if the ladies are good they will
get work with the lack of money around now only the girls with high call rates will be consistently working

It's not my personal desire. Look at the likes of Amy Capri, Rachel Cole, Jasmine Jones, Rachel Taylor, Cali Garcia, Cassie Kennedy, the list goes on. All of those girls are more well known for being night girls (although a few have done day shifts in the past). I haven't spoken to all of them, so I may be wrong, but for all of them to suddenly decide that they want to make the move to mostly dayshows just as they join RLC would be a pretty big coincidence.

As I said before, these girls aren't even being given a chance on nights, so you can't say they're not on because they aren't bringing in calls.

Time will tell i suppose mate

So why do you think that only a select few work the nightshows....is it the number of calls or is it something else....

I know for a fact that Cassie Kennady doesn't wanna do nights ne more as shes training to b a nurse...... hmm

The girls who do night time are popular and have high call rates most nights it's a business I'd they are not making the money for the company they would get bumped off the schedule

would love to see grace do a night show but does anyone know anything about her? why is she billed as heather? is she new to the business or is there video or pics of her out there. can't find anything under grace wilde? think she's sexy as hell.

her old model name was heather but now she is using Grace and as heather is what she is know as on the forum i will still use it in the schedule
