Sophia said over the mic on wed's show during her last set,(which included the 2 shout outs for Emily) "I've done 6 out of the last 7 nights & I've got 5 off, gonna get hammered this weekend." She usually gives an update on her Facebook page when she's going to be on Elite. Doubt she'll be away for long, as this girl always needs her Nando's.

That is an excellent suggestion, if Élite were to have Sophia Knight ; Samantha Pennington; and Cara Steele all on nights as well as those others they already do and not withstanding the occasional later shifts done by Danica then Élite Television would, assuming it were conceivable be even more worthy of its title than it already is. However, all things considered Élite is still unsurpassable as it already is and the best channel of this genre that exists. I do not watch those other channels, as there is less than no reason to do so.

She's back at Elite on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. See, I told you she's good at keeping us informed. Can't wait!
