No way will he follow through, he has a history of using litigation as an a way to bully people into submission but even if he was as rich as he thinks he is it would still be pocket change to the kind of money these firms have. Putting that aside though even if Trump had never used lawyers in this way he still wouldn't do it because in the legal process would end up having to go to discovery which would allow access to his documents, depositions etc which he does not want

Most likely this is just for him to drum up his base by playing the victimhood card & fundraise off them
