The babechannels are not regarded as any form of art by Ofcom, they are classed as advertising, that's how they justify the stricter regulation.

and a right load of bollocks that is,you actually buy a product from a shopping channel,(advertising) the babe channels is more of a adult service , plus if you buy a product on a shopping channel you can exchange or ask for a refund, you cant on a babe channel, imagine going to trading standards saying you want your money back because the model you had just paid 20 minutes of calls to didnt get you hard ? ,just shows how fucking bent ofcoms rules really are !

Yes 10 minute clear advertising slots for encrypted channels are allowed to show stronger content because they have context, ie they are advertising a product. So you see dildo sucking, women sucking nipples and obscured views of genuine oral, anal and vaginal sex. Thats OK because its an advert.

But babe channels cant show nipple sucking because, er, adverts cannot have artistic justification (context).

Now what I find quite strange and unusual is that out of all the countries in the world when it comes to streaking us here in the UK are famous for it, yet ofcom would have us all believe that nudity is a filthy and disgusting thing to see on the telly. Funny then that when this happened no attempt was made by the BBC whatsoever to hide or censor it. This is from a cricket match played in 1989 live in the middle of the afternoon
