With all the new money they are getting it would be wise to start new developmental that is not exposed on tv unless its local tv like ovw used to be and get better talent scouts because whoever is doing it now is doing a bad job.

Vince has constantly Destroyed NXT Talent if it isnt his idea then he doesnt want to know only reason he keeps most around is so AEW or New Japan doesnt get it

whats the betting he will fuck up the Wrestlemania line up he doesnt have the taker to boost ratings this year

you can guarentee he will go cheque book in hand to brock

i think its got more to do with young talent going to other places to make there name first before heading to the wwe on a better deal,
most the best young talent from the last couple of years have headed to impact or aew, some have also headed to japan,
i think the wwe scouts know about most of them they just find it hard to get them Kross is a perfect example they chased him for about 5 years before they got him as he could get more money and exposure else where, its not a bad thing as they are getting talent that is already almost ready for wwe main shows

But thats the thing im not talking about that sort of talent im talking about how they used do things, they would scout high schools and the ncaa for talent when they were under 20 like brock a proper athlete thats what they need to be doing...
They just sign lesnars lookalike which is a good one they should rick steiners son next

Kross made his name in AAA in mexico where he got very close to winning the AAA triple crown of belts ,
before that he had done well in Lucha Underground,
after he left AAA he had a good run in Impact, including nearly winning the world title,

Scarlett came through OVW before making her name in ROH, shes also had runs in AAA and Impact plus a couple of years in wwe about 5 years ago,

Thanks for this Winsaw never knew Scarlett was in WWE years ago , by the looks of it she was a jobber as she was up against Nia Jax in the video i just watched , you often forget about jobbers don't you because they are just jobbers unless some of them do make it there is one girl i remember as a jobber for WWE mainly because she has got a great arse her name is Deonna Purrazzo.

loads of main star wrestlers were rosebuds becky lynch was one

Yeah it's amazing the amount of wrestlers that was Rosebuds , if you go on Google , search Rosebuds WWE , click images you can see just how many you recognise.

Even Braun Strowman was one lol.
