Hopefully NOT. If it's something she wants done, then I hope she only goes up a size or two at the most, and not something ridiculous looking. Also, there will be scars as well, either under the breast or outlining the nipple, so that's a sacrifice to make as well. Many times the women get the breasts they want, but are left with bad scarring, so it's a bit unfortunate.

For me, and many others, Lucy has very cute breasts, and we love her just how she is!
