There has certainly been no evidence presented of any deliberate wrongdoing. Most of the lawsuits have presented some evidence of irregularities, but even if the irregularities had been proven they would not have constituted fraud and they wouldn't have changed that many votes anyway. I think the one case that Trump has won changed less than 100 votes.

Thing is they are not even trying to prove fraud, Trump's lawyers have only ever suggested fraud when outside of court because inside they would be under oath & if they were found to be bullshitting they would face repercussions.

Giuliani specifically said in a Pennsylvania court "This is not a fraud case"

Yes that recount cost them $3m, but it's affordable, as according to CNN the fundraising campaign to fight the election result has raised $170m.

Rudy Giuliani is reported to have had discussions with the Trump about obtaining a pardon. He's after a pre-emptive pardon as he was investigated last summer for his involvement in Ukraine business dealings that eventually led to Trump's impeachment.

No wonder he's making himself look a complete tit over the election.

He's got no choice if he wants to keep Trump sweet.

To give Rudy Giuliani a pre-emptive pardon over his involvement in Ukraine business dealings would mean that Giuliani must be guilt of the crime in the first place.
And it also means that Trump must know that he's guilt to give him a pardon.
