Great show, i loved everybit of it. Great to see so many old faces return. my favourite part was Lita, damn i miss her

same here lita is my all time fav female wrestler and was responsible for me having a massive thing for tattooed women

Am I the only person that DIDN'T like it ? It was a little slab of nostalgia,yes, but as is the norm for WWE, they made little effort to promote the young talent. Seems like Vince & co have absolutely zero faith in the young guys.

EDIT: Out of interest, does anyone know why Steve Austin absent ?

The man himself has put out a statement that he underwent knee surgery about 3 weeks ago, and didn't want to be appear hobbling around just for the sake of it

Apparently, he is filming 'Grown Ups 2' alongside Adam Sandler at the minute and wasn't too fussed about having to stop to shoot that and make an appearance on RAW.

I enjoyed RAW 1000, could of done with some maybe one more match and would of been nicer to see Trish in more than just a backstage segment.

Hopefully, we get Punk/Rock at the Royal Rumble and I think after the end of the show we will or perhaps Rock could cost Punk the title before then and they end up meeting at Mania with Rock facing someone else for the title at the Rumble.

Wouldn't mind Charlie Sheen facing Daniel Bryan in some sort of match at Summerslam or Sheen manager a wrestler against Bryan at the show.

WWE would probably claim that sharing the spotlight with DX or The Rock is enough of a rub, but getting your ass kicked by them doesn't help.

While I was pleased to see CM Punk attack Rock, it made absolutely no sense for him to be out there. Why would he care if Cena gets destroyed by Big Show?

Daniel Bryan feuding with Charlie Sheen is so stupid (assuming it happens) and about a year too late, if they do go through with it hopefully Sheen will just be in a managerial role.

Overall I didn't enjoy Raw 1000, hopefully it isn't a sign of things to come with the move to three hours, as there was only about twenty minutes of actual wrestling (if that).

the 1000th episode of raw. you would've thought they'd take the chance to mention and plug the undertaker and his new dvd! what was it called again? 'the stain', 'the stripe'? oh yeah 'the streak'. big opportunity missed there!

i did call half of what i said. it will be cm punk v the rock at battle royale.

some of it was unnesscessary. i did like it when lita came out and brought the apa with her and beat down heath slater with the road warrior and other wwe golden oldies. lita looks like she can actually handle herself in a real fight unlike some the divas.
