Winsaw's right, in a sense. In most industries you have to send out an invoice before you can expect payment.
But I'd be surprised if that's how it works on the babeshows.

I'm sure Winsaw is correct on this. VNTV is a business and as such has to have proof of who it made payments to. And they will have payment terms etc. Just like S66TV, Babestation and every other legitimate business will do.

Now, if a model reports the income for tax purposes that is a whole other matter....

Of course they've got to have the appropriate records, I'm not suggesting otherwise.
I'd have thought they'd be more likely to use a self-billing system though.

^ Agreed. Lots of us on here talk to different gurls on various channels. Has anyone ever heard a girl say that she must remember to submit her invoice?

VNTV may well be different (and Winsaw seems to be saying they are) but I question whether it is the industry norm.

Maybe they will charge to a different system as they grow bigger, but at the moment I think to keep things simple and make sure girls never have pay issues they are just asking the girls to put in invoice for there hours worked etc at the moment, it seams to be working well as am told that no girls have had any issues with doing it this way and all have been paid what they expected on time,
Excluding one mad person who couldn't grasp how things worked,

I just hope it's a lesson learned and wonder if the schedule will reflect those who are happy with the system

Looks a lot like the mad one is no longer required.....

I like Kellie but she must've been on three days in a row now, with little variation. Really need more on the roster, as well as mix up of the shows themselves.

She had to do an extra day yesterday as last minute cover for Ashley who was ill at the weekend,
I enjoyed seeing her in blue today made a nice change to black would like a few more colourful outfits,
French Chloe is joining this week so thats another girl to the roster hopefully A few more coming as do agree you want to see good variety, just got to strike that Ballance so you can give girls enough shows,
