They can't possibly be working for £10/hr if they're self employed, it's a non-starter.

You'd have to assume there would be something on top of that related to number of calls or a % of call revenue.
That could be where her problem lies...

Winsaw's right, in a sense. In most industries you have to send out an invoice before you can expect payment.
But I'd be surprised if that's how it works on the babeshows.

I'm sure Winsaw is correct on this. VNTV is a business and as such has to have proof of who it made payments to. And they will have payment terms etc. Just like S66TV, Babestation and every other legitimate business will do.

Now, if a model reports the income for tax purposes that is a whole other matter....

i personally really like it! got some real potential! it has a good mix of girls natural and unnatural, they are allowed to flash and show xplicit if girls want to,
i think the subscription to get rid adverts (shows need to be of a gd level) is a gd idea, watched a couple of shows that took me back to like the old babestation days 2005, 2006 with type of girls and lil bit amatuer style with fixed camera, allows the girls to feel more comfortable doing the odd naughty thing! yes the website does need work but

give this channel a chance and let them grow by themselves without some the harsh criticism, the best of the babeshow era were shot with terrible cameras, lighting and were the foundation for what you see now
