^Probably until Scotland gains independence from UK, them once they join the EU he'll probably come under the scrutiny of the EU's tax laws and then he'll realise he'll have to move again.

Soctland won't have the guts to become independent, they'll back out again. But that's another topic. I'd be happy to have him here in England.
