The spuds are going for village-boas, don't get that one really they should be more ambitious and seek a worthy manager, why not try Laurent blanc I think his contract is up after the euros anyways, he even made Bordeaux win a title and they have flopped since he left.

Yeah I've heard Blanc being heavily linked to Spurs. I wouldn't be surprised to see him there. Bilic is one that always seems to get linked to any jobs in England. I wasn't aware he's off to Russia though.
I wouldn't say AVB doesn't fit the Spurs job though. He is young and doesn't mind being a coach rather then a manager. I think the way Tottenham are looking to run the club they want a head coach, rather then someone who has full control. That's why I wonder if David Moyes would be ruled out.

I think AVB would be a great manager for Tottenham, but if he did get the job he has to learn from some of the mistakes he made at Chelsea. David Moyes has said he is happy at Everton

Always thought levy and redknapp got on especially when it came to transfer dealing la but as Harry said some people on the board dislike him, but u can't forget spurs were 13 points above us(arsenal) and they threw it away, that would be quite hard to get over in regards to Daniel levy.

The problem hiring AVB is once an argument breaks out in the team they will just turn on him and have him removed, everyone knows that's what the old guard of Chelsea did, that made AVB look weak especially for someone that won a treble in his previous season.

I knew we were going to get someone like Tottenham, we always start off with a tough fixture and now I have just saw we go to Chelsea in the next game, Jesus Christ not an easy start for us
