just saying, seems funny the number of girls who have a great debut then disappear. Evelynn, Georgie lyall and tiff

Never once have I (nor Bob as far as I know) made any claims that girls will be appearing for more than one shift or that they will have regular appearances.

Some girls we ask not to come back, some girls decide that they don't want to come back, some girls go to other channels and then come back to us. Some girls simply go on extended breaks. Some girls do so amazingly well and get poached by other channels. Some girls do so incredibly badly and then get poached by other channels. Some girls don't even make it onto the TV. There are all sorts of reasons. Yes, we have had a number of people on recently, mainly because a lot of people suddenly found themselves looking for work. Some of the girls we've had on we would have liked to have stayed longer; others who, for whatever reason, it didn't work out have moved on to other channels or jobs. There's nothing more to it than that.

we know she is reliable and looking for regular work in london, so instead of working regularly for u she decides to move to tvx where the roster is jammed, and her shifts prob not as regular?

This is exactly why I was hesitant about even beginning to post on here.

We have a policy (which has been adhered to with only one exception that I can think of) not to comment on individuals and the reasons behind them staying/going/not appearing/appearing. It's between the girls, Bob and me.

If, for example, you were working for me as a producer but I sacked you for wanking in the toilets, I wouldn't post that on the forum. It affects your future job prospects and is unfair. And before you ask, no one has been wanking in the toilets and no one has been sacked for any kind of masturbation issue...

in other words don't ask me about any babe who works/worked for us dont comment on the strange trends at club bob it is none of your business. but oh yeah we will post to try and tempt u to watch but dont expect answers to questions or cooperation from us on any level.

Ok, I came on here to start some kind of dialogue up and to inform you, where possible of what we're doing and why we're doing things.

There are no strange trends; I've explained how we operate.

You are free to ask me anything you want, but if you name a certain girl [insert any name here] and demand to know why we're not working with her it's simply not fair for me to give an answer.

i did not state a specific girl to begin with i named a few, georgie was just to illustrate my point about the one shift nature at bobs channel, even among reliable girls!

dont get me wrong i like club paradiso it just seems that the only night time women who have stayed for any length of time has been ash . i appreciate that the circumstancies of the individual girls change but just recently it has been really noticable the number of different faces we see fleetingly on 966
