It's Got to be Funny, Hasn't It?
Max Wall talks to Peter Williams (in 1983). Ageing comedian reflects on his life and comedy. eg "I just can't forget my third wife. Don't think I haven't tried"

Arthur Miller Wrote:I think the job of the artist... is to remind people of what they have chosen to forget.

A Pandemic Poem - Where did the World Go?
Poet laureate & Paul Heaton lookalike Simon Armitage declaims a big new poem, whilst members of the public tell their pandemic stories, which veered from tragic to hopeful.

Witness - Depot Asmara
The steam railway of Eritrea, and the old blokes who maintain it for the benefit of the tourists, because there's no money to run it for the locals.

DC’s Legends of Tomorrow Ep 7 “Back To The Finale Part II”

The title is reference to Back To The Future Part II, when you watch the Ep you’ll see why lol.

Debris - Season1 Episode13 - 'Celestial Body'

This was another good episode and there were some good reveals by the end of the episode (also a nod to Fringe in the casting of a character). It was left on a bit of a cliffhanger, which is disappointing, because as skully said, NBC cancelled this series Huh - imo, this had potential to go further Smile. I particularly liked the 'two parter' episode 9 & 10 - This had that groundhog day theme, where the agents are repeating the same day/event but with subtle changes everytime it restarts Smile, overall, very enjoyable, perhaps not on the same level as Fringe but it falls into that similar bracket of Sci-Fi, which I like Smile

It baffles me when these studios cancel good TV shows - a few that come to mind are the likes of: The Expanse (which thankfully was picked up by Amazon), Project Blue Book, Deadwood (though they did eventually make a movie to finish it off in a proper way), Revolution (2012) this was one of those post-apocalyptic shows and a good one imo, which coincidentally starred Johnathan Tucker from Debris Smile.

Poland, from Warsaw to Poznan, from Auschwitz to Krakow. He gets a short meeting with Lech Walesa, but the highlight is the ship that goes over a hill. Like in Fitzcarraldo, only for reals.

EDIT - Like this in fact:

Nice use of Robert Palmer's "Riptide" too Smile
pt 7 - Journey's End
After a week break, the conclusion as he knocks Slovakia, Czech Republic and East Germany off his list. In fact, he's hardly in to Slovakia before he's finished with it, which was my main complaint with the series - his journey is self-imposed, so there's no rationale for taking masses of time in some places, eg Poland, and then rushing through others.

I see his Hemingway Adventure series is getting a repeat next, I was beginning to wonder whether that ever would turn up again.
