Once these new producers are all singing from the same hymn sheet then there will be more consistency hopefully

Yes i agree , just because i comment about some of the stuff RLC needs to improve on IMO doesn't mean i don't like or watch the channel , like Cathy says they are not a "one trick pony" and the girls work to differing levels which means they have something for every one , i accept that that you will never get the likes of Dionne , Alex Adams etc going butt naked and covering themselves in oil , they cater for a different type of viewer/caller that is not into the naked and more explicit type of shows and that's how it should be , my major beef is the inconsistency of content that is shown some nights even when the same girls are on , Jemma was not even allowed to touch her knickers one night , every time she did the bloody camera man kept panning away .

It also has to do with the character of the girls, Jemma's past shows that she can quite easily bend the rules and therefore is more likely to flash where as Lucy gets naked 24/7 and have yet to see a flash from her. The problem is we as viewers/callers want to see more nakedness and maybe some slips then people will post caps/videos of them which in turn gets ofcom at red alert ultimately resulting in the channels being tamer for a period of time. To be honest if the girls were more consistent in not flashing like Lucy the producers/etc would be more willing to let them go further, and dont tell me that Juicy Lucy's shows arent some of the hottest around. I dont know how a producer could be the same for, e.g. Amanda Rendall compared with Dannii Harwood when the two girls portray themselves in different ways. Don't get me wrong though Jemma naked is a sight to behold!!!

You make some good points mate , i think Jemma Jey's reputation some times counts against her were letting her do what the other girls do is concerned , maybe once she proves that she can be trusted they will let her do the type of shows that Lucy Summers puts on ,(Lucy and RLC were IMO the best girl and channel last night) but some producers already let Jemma do what the other girls do and others restrict some things she does , that's were my comments about RLC lacking in consistency comes from , Cathy states that "all our girls can go naked , it's more to do with the producer some are new and still training" so like i said on a earlier post the producers really need to get together and agree on what they will allow the girls to do or not do , if not to stop me from coming on this thread and having a moan about inconsistency then for the girls themselves , it must be quite confusing for the girls to be on one night on RLC and work with a producer that allows them to do certain things then on another night with a different producer be told the can't do something , consistency and good team work is the main ingredients for success in most things , leaving content decisions to "new and training individual producers isn't IMO .

all our producers are now fully trained ,we have employed the best proders from bang and other channels ,we have some great staff and girls and our operation is getting smoother by the day , when a girl works with a producer for the first time they have to learn how each other works ,but i am sure you will agree our shows are looking good
lucy summers will be taking my place on tonights show along with lynsey dawn and jemma j ,241's start next week

When RLC started I was critical about it (thought it would not last to long, as some of the previous channels had done), but this channel seems to be going from strength to strength, they have the right balance ,from start up, take one channel, work on that channel, then build up slowly, to where they are today, 3 clearly defined channels, ok the 5am to 5.30am shift needs "clarifying", but all in all 3 GREAT CHANNELS, with plenty of great girls.

I WOULD LIKE TO SAY TO THE RLC MANAGEMENT , I AM SORRY THAT I DOUBTED YOU AND HOPE YOU GO FROM STRENGTH TO STRENGTH AND THE BEST OF LUCK IN THE FUTURE.

just a quick reply to the show in general ,things seem to be warming up nicely lately on the show i hopw it continues ,i will be even more impressed when danni and lucy are let off the reins in a 2 4 1

Please wtf is the cameraman doing on Jemma's show right now, is he drunk or something? Kinda ruining the show.

That just goes to show how much people differ from what they like camera work wise , i'm actually enjoying the camera work on Jemma's set , i think it is good with plenty of close ups and the camera man/woman doesn't seem scared when Jemma has a tug or two of her knickers , that's when she has them on of cause .
All in all i think RLC is good tonight on all its channels .

Camera is fine now, it was when she started her 2nd part the camera was all over the place and cutting parts of her head.
