Destiny Dunes was quite good last night, there were more close up's than usual.

When the issue is that John Smith was disconnected while talking to Jane Doe at 11:37 pm on Wednesday night, then I agree, there is little they can do without the relevant details.

When the issue is that Jane Doe keeps every caller in the queue for 2 minutes longer than necessary or cuts every caller off 2 minutes into every call, then they don't need any details. They just need to spend some time monitoring her calls, realize what's going on, and deal with it.

And complaints only tend to flare up in this forum when they are of an endemic rather than isolated nature.

Actually the statement I made is true.

The specific complaint I was referring to can't be investigated without proper information.

If the customer refuses to cooperate the issue can never be resolved.

I have been phoning the Babe Shows for over 10 years so no I did not press the wrong button
I did not record the time of my call which would have been between midnight and 2.30am
As I will not be phoning RLC again I have not given them my personal phone number
and as far as I am concerned the matter is closed
I will now be just a RLC viewer

RLC offers to look into your problem and your response is - "whatever"

^^agree with this what was the point in bringing it up in the first place if you had no interest in getting the problem sorted,
it makes it look like you were just posting stuff up that when called out you are unable to back up,
