Brilliant redlightcentral. Your reference to myself and another forum member ("to name a few") for "thanking" someone who spoke out about poor service does what to help their situation? I have been on the receiving end of having calls put through to offscreen girls myself when testing the lines for girls.

To be fair Mellie they did say they would investigate so lets see what the result of that is.

Like anyone providing a service unless they get feedback - good or bad - nothing can change.

To be fair all the channels are guilty of not producing what they should. We are told it is adult tv yet you see more on a music video.

That's harsh seeing as they are willing to investigate the issue.

My own view is that these phone systems are not entirely reliable and don't always work as they should.

But my post was made before they offered to investigate the problem but it could be between 12.00 and 2.30 as i did not record the time of my call
