Jesse Ventura served a single term as Mayor of Brooklyn Park, Minnesota eventually being elected Minnesota Governor, again serving a single term, as an Independent.

Arnold Swcharzennegger, Sonny Bono, Clint Eastwood, Fred Thompson from Law & Order, Al Franken from Saturday Night Live have all served terms in different positions. When you had Trump & Reagan, 6/8 of these individuals are Republican, Franken a Democrat & Venura an Independent, which is kind of ironic because it's always conservatives that go on about Hollywood elites & celebrities in general for their liberal views but then they are the one that actually vote them
