Biden picks Harris to be his VP. A little bit on the nose but the right call. When Obama picked Biden it was the smart choice because he complimented him perfectly: Obama was new, young & inexperienced, lacking in foreign policy credentials & black. Biden was older, white, a DC veteran & former chair of Senate Foreign Relations Committee.

Harris is young, female, black & an exceptionally good communicator.

Furthermore when you look at the 2016 election Trump beat Clinton by 70k votes in key blue wall states. When looking at the demographics it became clear that despite being overwhelmingly popular with African Americans at the primary level, Clinton was unable to bring them out to the level that Obama had in 08 & 12. Biden was already more popular with African American's before this but the chance of having the first black VP, first female VP & that VP's often become a party's next nomination, given Biden's age that may only be in 4 yrs, she may very well become Biden's successor as President.

If this was a fair fight, Trump would be toast, however we know it won't be. Trump's attacking mail in voting, he may let the postal service go bankrupt which would have huge ramifications, the threat of Covid-19, Republicans shutting down polling stations in African American districts & interference from Russia, China & others will all play a part in the election

What the world wants is a President that actually CARES about the country he rules over and in Trump the USA (like the UK with Johnson), doesn't have that.

I think Biden actually has probably made a smart move in choosing Harris which may get the African - American vote on his side, but I do think the world needs a Biden win, so America is a nation to do business with. Rather than the distorted power grabbing policy of Trump.
I wonder how long it will be before Trump calls Putin?

Has Trump challenged the results of the election yet. Or is he going to wait for the votes to be cast first.

Kamala harris wasnt really a shock said for months that she would be VP family friend of the bidens via his son

That fountain of knowledge Kellyanne Conway has blamed the shooting outside the White House on Democrats pissed at the thought of 4 more Trump years in power. Turns out the secret service shot an unarmed man, pointing at the officer. Don't point the finger at Trump unless its the middle digit, in an upward direction.

Trump hasn't made a delay request. He suggested delaying the election in a tweet, but that doesn't constitute a request.

The Senate has no authority to rule on such a request anyway. It would require an Act of Congress for a minor delay and a change to the US constitution for any significant delay.

I did think from the tweet he made on thr subject, he was kind of serious about it....
