By "foreign channels" do you mean the African and Asian ones? Those do hold UK licences, even if just retransmitting foreign material. Many even have UK offices, though that is not esssential. Here are a few examples taken from the Ofcom website -

OHTV (Hollywood Classic Movies Ltd, Wyvil Court, London, contact Mr Atkin Salami)

BEN (USA address, Ofcom licenced)
Bangla TV (Bangla TV Worldwide Ltd, Hackney Wick, London)
Zee TV (Asia TV Ltd, Northolt, Middlesex)
Russia Today (Information TV Ltd, Stephen Street, London)
Al Jazeera (Al Jazeera International Ltd, Knightsbridge, London)
Press TV (Press TV Ltd, Westgate House, London)

These channels transmit original material, or re-transmit non-EU staff, from the UK, and that makes them subject to Ofcom rules. The only exceptions are EU-registered channels such as TV5 (French news), Record TV(oh no, thats registered in Sussex) and, er, no other obvious ones that I could find.

I don't think one will be back without the other. I think 912, 959, and freeview 98 are all linked in this problem and will come back together.

Well, I think the comments just said by Annie & Dannii, spoke volumes to me.

Dannii said "I want to get naughty", but Annie said "but were not allowed to on channel 902". That to me, says it all. Technical difficulties, BULLSHIT

From what i read the story is the dutch company nows owns bangbabes, they have 3 channels and im guessing that the loss of 912 and 959 will be a temporary one, they might be in a deal making situation with sky atm to get those channels back as they are from that website and the info i gathered from it, are setting up 3 new channels. So im just guessing on this, i dont actual facts, but it could mean we have to wait for these channels to come back.

think that is the most likely explanation other than technical problems. think bang were going to start again either yesterday or today (friday) at the latest but some last minute hitch has prevented it. i do think it is not far off hopefully this weekend

The Dutch company could be owned by Bang Media and simply created to handle the legal stuff relating to the licences.

It's been posted here several times that Bang Babes has Dutch licences for the 912 and 959 channels, so there's nothing new in that. TMTN1 and TMTN2 are abbreviations of the Dutch licence names.

It's been posted many times yes, but it's just guess work and rumours masquerading as fact. Just like you have done. Nobody here is privy to the internal workings of Bang Media's corporate structure, and nowhere has it been published definitively that they have Dutch licences (although the recent googling by another poster seems to have thrown up some corroborating evidence).

Ofcom has revoked four TV broadcast licences owned by Bang Channels
Limited and Bang Media (London) Limited following serious and repeated
breaches of the Broadcasting Code.

The licensees provided the following services: Tease Me; Tease Me TV
and Tease Me 2 and 3.
