Can’t happen. They are Supreme Court Justices for life. The only way they leave is if they resign, retire OR are impeached.

I bet those tax return hold some incriminating evidence from any of his previous bankruptcies but i bet somewhere within will be hidden any payments from Russia whether they will change the rules for future candidates for either party to prove they are financially sound will remain to be seen. Still beats me why he was still allowed to run if they knew he had been bankrupted four times.

His tax returns have only been released to a NY Grand Jury. Not to the public, or even Congress, yet.

And don't hold your breath on anything happening before the election. I'm sure his lawyers will be able stall till then.

It's frustrating that we will not get to see his tax return before the election but when all 4 liberal justices + a majority of conservatives agree then you have to accept that it was legally the right call
