I think the best part of all of this is Matt Reeves, the new Planet of the Apes movies are/were fantastic, so if he can find that kind of magic, we could be pleasantly surprised.

Agree, if he can make The Batman as good as the rebooted planet of the apes films, it will be very good indeed

^^^ Matt Reeves did say he was gonna add more of Batman’s Detective skills from the comics into the movie. None of the other Batman films have done that or focused on his set skills as being a detective only the animated version of Batman would solve stuff using his brain and thinking his way out of problem or mystery. It’s gonna be very interesting if he pulls it off.

The X-Men franchise started off well with First Class and Days of Future and after went down hill. Days of Future Past had a positive affect on the franchise but also negative affect here’s why first it helped repair the problems with X-Men Last Stand the negative side to this was the time travel and time line changes so now with X-Men Apocalypse and now Dark Phoenix the time line makes no fucking sense any more as it’s all over place.
matthew vaughn did First Class left shortly after because they changed the vision he had planned, what was gonna happen was a sequel to First Class then the final film would have Days of Future Past which would made a more sense with ending it. Also it didn’t help with Dark Phoenix that a ton of the film was reshot hence why it was delayed and then ending to be changed as it was too much like another movie.

It’s being reported that Director Jaume Collet-Serra is in talks to direct DC movie Black Adam starring Dwayne Johnson/The Rock.

John Cena Is joining the cast of Fast and Furious 9, while Kevin Hart is in talks for a Scrooged remake from Paramount.

John Cena is one of the better wrestler/actors so that could be fun, but another Scrooge movie
