I can't wait to see Freddy Flintoff playing for Lancs in the T20 Competition

That was one or the main sports stories oop north here in the northwest Charlemagne that flintoff is possibly coming out of retirement to play for Lancashire Lightning in the revamped 20/20 competition called t20 blast.

No deal has been agreed yet, but the deal is close to being done. If it is done flintoff won't be playing this weekend when lancashire's t20 blast campaign starts on Friday at Nottinghamshire Outlaws.

Think I'll be getting on a tram down to old trafford definitely now if flintoff is playing in t20

T20 squad: Bell, Bopara, Bresnan, Carberry, Tredwell,Woakes ... anybody who watches t20 knows it is about 2 things, boundaries and wickets... this lot... pff

Where is Vince, Barker (same country as woakes, better season but nope) Taylor, Lumb ( obviously his fault we lost in world cup... bollocks) Overton, Rashid, Robson etc... etc....

Why have you taken to calling Charle Terence ?

Freddies only going to miss the first match.
He'll be free to wack the ball all over the park in the rest of the matches (In Charle's dreamworld)

Both Charlemagne and Terence have their names in green and got mixed up

Back to flintoff, he has been training with Lancashire all off season and been working with the Lancashire academy players so think he'll be very fit once he's recovered from his ankle injury and gives Lancashire a very good chance of getting to finals day

Flintoff might just pull this one off,even after the best part of 5 years out of the game I think he'll blend in nicely with the rest of the struggling Lancashire batsmen.
No wonder England have hired Peter Moores he worked wonders by winning the Division 1 County Championship with an average side & proved how bad they really were by getting relegated the season after.

He's only coming back because he missed the warm welcome he receives at Headingly

They'll ber many who wished that he'd still been a part of our T20 world cup squad.
