The Lords will pass the bill by Friday (having voted not to oppose it) and then it needs Royal assent. Labour will then back the call for an election. Meanwhile Jacob Rees-Mogg says there will be another vote for an early election on Monday.

Boris would rather be 'dead in a ditch' than ask for another extension. Extreme.

If JRM is charged with bringing forward the 2nd shot at securing a snap general election (buckley's chance of it passing), hopefully he will manage to remain(:biglaugh upright, and not laid out like an unrepentant wino! Have some respect for yourself man! - if not for Parliament!

I bet Messrs Tusk, Juncker and Barnier are just laughing their collective socks off at all this, with an 'I told you this was happen' look on their faces. If Boris can convince them to change the deal even I would consider voting Conservative, but it's never going to happen, short of a miracle...but that only happens in dreams or Disney films.

I would have as well mogg compared him to that dr andrew wakefield who said that MMR vaccine gave kids Autism just because he asked mogg what level of death would you except for as acceptable in a no deal scenario
