It's going back to his gangster epics and this one is based on a novel 'I Heard You Paint Houses'.
Over a period of 5 years of recorded interviews, Frank Sheeran (played by Robert De Niro) confessed to author Charles Brandt, that he conducted more than 25 hits for the mob, and for his friend Jimmy Hoffa (played by Al Pacino).
Sheeran, after returning home from World War 2, became a hustler and a hit man, working for legendary crime boss Russell Bufalino (played by Joe Pesci).
From what I've read about this movie, it has all the hallmarks of his earlier gangster epics like Goodfellas, Casino, with an epic cast list installed and going back to doing another gangster movie, this could be a good one!!

Wonder Woman 84 been delayed by 7 months and will now release June 5th 2020, all tho I understand films needs to delayed to the movie right I think DC/Warner Bros have made a huge mistake in delaying two films at the same time, leaving 2019 with just Shazam and the standalone Joker movie with the heavy hitters like Superman in limbo and The Batman with no release date I think they have shot themselves in the foot. Marvel will very easily clean up the box office, DC/Warner Bros seem to do a better job with there tv shows.

Douglas Hodge has been cast as Alfred Pennyworth & Dante Pereira-Olson has been cast as young Bruce Wayne in the stand alone Joker movie.
