If we refused to pay the divorce settlement The EU could take us to court at an international tribunal which would be an embarrassment if we lost, another in a long line since the referendum

Its in our interests to pay the divorce settlement going forward. Why would another country do a trade deal with us knowing that we are willing to renege on the terms of the deals

Even simpler would you lend money to someone that you knew hasnt paid it back in the past?

Government defeats Labour motion to block No Deal Brexit 309-298 (a lot of abstentions), no deal is back on the table with four and a half months to go.

The EU has just concluded the largest ever free trade deal between two trading blocs with the South American bloc Mercosur. It took the combined effort of EU nations 20 yrs to negotiate this deal.

TWENTY YEARS! Brexit hasn't even begun

I see that the Brexit party MEP's showed disrespect to the EU when they turned their backs during the EU national anthem.

Hope that the European's don't think that this childish behaviour is how most of the British act. #notinmyname
