Punk/Bryan was the only highlight was great to see them start the match with the code of honor too.

Seems like they were waiting 'til Royal Rumble was over to start the WM storylines, as HHH & 'Taker's return and Jericho's actions prove.

Wouldn't it have been better for HHH and Undertaker to have been surprise entrants in the RR and eliminate each other? & have Jericho win the RR and then do exactly what he did last night? I guess I'm using my brain a bit too much compared to the WWE writers.

Apparently the only reason Sheamus won was because it was too obvious Jericho was winning....but the way he was fucking booked was the reason we all thought he was gonna win. When someone says ''At the RR, the world as you know it will end'' you basically assume the guy is gonna win the fucking RR!

I saw that and thought the very same. They made it seem obvious and then only to back out and give such a reason, not anything like Sheamus needed to win a Rumble match more than Jericho in the fans eyes to get over enough for a Mania title match.

On Sheamus, he joins HHH, Austin, Edge, Lesnar and Bret in winning both the Rumble and KOTR.

All those weeks spent promoting Jericho's return, and then when he finally did speak, to say "the world as you know it will end", only for them to back out at the last minute and have Sheamus win?

Why bother bringing Jericho back at all then?! I mean if that phrase was aimed at the people of St Louis only (as Y2J eliminated Randy Orton) that is so fucking lame its untrue. Originally I was pleased Sheamus won as it was different, but with this new angle emerging that they only changed it at the last possible moment to trick everyone its a pretty shit trick.

The stories are so crap nowadays. I do get the feeling that Vince, HHH and Stephanie and the writing team just don't give a shit anymore. The thing is people will be sucked into paying for Elimination Chamber event aswell and if they fuck that one up, people will really be pissed. They need to bounce back with something impressive, and rather rapidly I might add.

Elimination Chamber will give us more what we want/need as WWE fans, since it will have a blowoff to Kane/Cena (Falls Count Anywhere) and we will get conclusions in the two Chamber matches to give as Jericho/Punk and Someone/Sheamus I am fairly sure of those.

I would have assumed that Sheamus will face Bryan (which is OK, except they were doing much the same thing this time last year). Hmm, weeks of "I eat red meat that's why my skin is so pale" promos

With HHH-Taker, Rock-Cena and Big Show-Shaq (probly), then other matches won't really get much attention anyway.

This Friday's Smackdown we see Sheamus get a win over Cody Rhodes,Teddy Long announces Daniel Bryan,Big Show,Randy Orton,Wade Barrett,Cody Rhodes and Mark Henry to be in the elimination chamber,but Henry complains and is replaced by Great Khali,Justin Gabriel faced Hunico and got beat up by Cody Rhodes until Khali made the save,Beth Phoenix and Natalya beat Aksana and Tamina,thank God for that,Santino and Hacksaw lost to Primo and Epico,Brodus Clay beats Heath Slater and is then attacked by Drew McIntyre,Orton beats Barrett with the RKO,Teddy Long announced Orton vs. Bryan for next week's Smackdown,should be worth watching
