Like how they manage to get the phone number on screen ok

haha well if you wanna get technical, the phone number is an overlay in the swf file, am guessing the problem lies in the layer below which is streaming.

If BT are working on it, then be sure it won't happen today guys.

yeah tooks us about 2 hours at lunch time me tracing the routes to teh servers and finding one that got through dont want thanx hahaha just so i could see paige lol
