I remember when it was uploaded on here it was uploaded into a sort of 'opt in' section. It was not readily available for anyone to view unless you were a member of the studio66 fanzone.

Anyone who is a member of the fanzone surely watches her live shows when they can so I don't see how it is much different or who exactly Evelyn is trying to hide the content from.

I had to go almost 4 months and quite possibly may have to again soon of not being able to see what happens in the 9-10pm sections when Evelyn puts on really hot performances and teases. I'm a very good contributor to the shows but I can not watch whereas someone you doesn't even contribute (a freeloader) is able to watch? Doesn't really make sense for me and I can understand the frustration of others.

It's Evelyn's decision at the end of the day, it is her body and face so I will respect whatever she feels most comfortable with. I'm not sure how strongly she feels against this or even how she would feel about allowing it back on here in an 'opt in' section which is made just for fans and people who watch anyway. I'm certainly not going to try and ask her or try to persuade her because I will just get my head bitten off... someone else can give that a go.

There are a few girls who do everything in their power to ensure that their more explicit shows do not end up on the internet. They obviously have their personal reasons. Someone like Evelyn, who apparently has patrons that spend fortunes on her, will certainly not be concerned about lack of public exposure... Those of us who remember her Bang Babes days can certainly see the difference in her attitude now.

Agree with JJ's comment. Absolutely peoples wishes should be respected whether they are male or female however to say that recordings can be viewed by anyone is a bit iffy when practically anybody can view the webshows. I'm pretty sure users on this forum are not asking for the pervcam or anything like that to be recorded just the webshow itself. That being said like I mentioned earlier we should always respect peoples wishes.

I think Evelyn's a good looking and nice enough woman but there always seems to be something going on surrounding her shows for whatever reason so I rarely watch them tbh but hey that's just my perspective.

Does anyone believe that such a thing as another forum being completely shut down due to copyright complaint around one girl could be conceivable? I am convinced that there is only one reason for this: Evelyn has now become so financially secure that her wishes get pandered to, or else!... In other words, S66 will go out of their way to keep her happy.

It's nothing to do with attitude. It's about what Evelyn is comfortable with.

Nobody fully understands everyone else's feelings and thoughts.

For me it seems like if literally anyone can view the content live then why should it be restricted and taken away from the viewers who normally watch but aren't able to and also contribute.

Fair enough don't allow to be posted on xxx sites but on here we all watch anyway. We are fans and contributors and will watch when we can so why should it matter if it's live or not live.

Plus like I said before... You have to 'opt in' to watch on here. It wont be stumbled on by mistake by random people if that is what Evelyn doesn't want happening.

She was getting a lot of needless abuse from one stupid person on there and a few others. I don't blame her for taking it down.

Re - the shut down site.

I have been reading copyright law as applied on the internet, and I think the following is correct.

Obviously, neither Evelyn nor S 66 can shut down another internet domain. S 66 can require a site to remove material that breaches its copyright. If the site does not comply, then S 66 can approach the appropriate registrar or host provider and ask them to pursue the matter. If the site still refuses - rather stupidly, I would have thought - then the host provider can disable the site, and invite the site to either contest the copyright breach, or remove the offending material. I am sure that only a body like the host actually has the power to do this.

So the site must have been very unwise to argue with the host which it depends upon for its existence.

Evelyn is returning to Ukraine for about two weeks at the end of this month. Her last show here is expected to be on Monday October 28th, and provisionally, but not yet agreed and sorted, her return may be on Thursday 14th November.

Poor girl needs some time off to let her arsehole rest.
