Supergirl

Cadmus will play the part of being the bad guys of season 2, now if use the comic material concerning them then we're gonna be in for a treat.

one the issues with supergirl is that the tone and feel of the show is too bright and cheerful which does not allow for the darkness of the comics to come through. Smallville went through 3 phases season 1-4 like supergirl, season 4-9 was like arrow/flash then season 10 there is hope and light at the end. the tone and feel of the flash allows for both the funny and darkness at the same time.

hopefully cw can improve the show otherwise it wont see season3.

Calista Flockhart who plays Cat Grant is in talks for season 2 as she doesn't want to be in Canada full time all tho she still wants to be in the show. There could be a chance that she could be missing a couple Ep's now this is a small chance and may not be the case if they sort it out.

I'd like the talks to go tits up so they have to go on without Cat Grant as a main character, she gets too much screen time imo.

I've finally cracked episode 12. Despite misgivings because of the tenor of the plot, it did actually unfold reasonably well, even if the ending was a bit schmaltzy.

It reminded me of possibly my favourite episode of Wonder Woman, the one where a toy maker manages to craft a robot duplicate of our heroine and then does absolutely naff all with it. I mean, I realise these are kids shows, but it's a generous interpretation that Max Lord is so monomaniacal that he can create an effective duplicate of a super-being, and then just wastes the opportunity with cheap PR stunts.

Superman will be appearing in season 2 and will appear in the first two Eps finally .
