I dont want to seem naive, but when the girls talk about pics that are sent in they surely cant be dick-pics?

What would the thought process be;

Many of them are. That's why you'll hear the girls say things like "oh you made me blush" I suppose it's the same sort of guys who have a dick pic as there Twitter profile pic.
