No, this is exactly what he said: "you must not only have credit in your account to watch the live streams, but must have topped it up in the last 30 days".

It's incorrect. Only if credits fall below a certain level must you have topped up in the last 30 days.

What are the 'certain level' of credits? Seems very vague

I apologise for being vague, but I can't remember what the minimum balance is.

I thought it was probably £10, but nikk18 has stated that it's higher than that.
