Murray could end up playing Federer in the semis and not Djokovic. It depends how the draw comes out on Friday.
Sometimes seed 1 can get scheduled to play seed 4 in the semis and on other occasions get scheduled to play seed 3.
Seed two can face the same predicaments.
Strictly speaking if all matches in a tournament run with seedings then the seed number totals should always match up in both halves of the draw. In too many sports though they do not and people end up in completely the wrong part of the draw. Wimbledon has 32 seeds.
If they all got through to play each other and the better ranked players always won the draw should follow like this up to and including the semi finals.

Unfortunately Jo Konta's run was ended by Belinda Benicic in 3 sets , and Dan Evans lost to Sugita In final qualifying round for Wimbledon

Bencic effectively got a bye into the Final, too Oh well, luck's luck.

I see Djokovic is drawn against the #33 guy, Kohlschreiber? Toughest test to start with, that.

Bencic won in 3 sets Well done to her.
