RE: Batman v Superman- Dawn of Justice
All tho people are intitled there opinon on a film i don't agree that they have to copy marvel, for example The Flash is more of comic book type of show where it uses humour, special effects, it's tone is light and over its not very serious now compare this in contrast to Daredevil based on a comic book but compared to The Flash it's gritty, violent, gory has no humour and it's serious and realistic yet both shows are polar opposite but both work in thee own right. So you don't need to copy someone else something work as long it has a good story and plot, it's acted well and directed well it doesn't matter whether a super hero film is very comic book in tone like most marvel films or you can have a dark gritty super hero films like the Dark Knight trilogy which provide you can portray a film like that and be successful. Most people forget that the blade films are actually marvel again look at the time of first two films gritty, gory, violence and blood and people die by the bucket loads compare this then to Avengers, Captain America or Iron America.
As for Lex Luthor without spoiling the film in the comics his greatest asset was his mind not his physical stature and he always looked like he could hurt a fly his intellect was second to Brainiac, Lex would always use his intelligence manipulate people into getting what he wants or destroying superman and even when he failed no one could ever tie to him even tho Supeman knew it was him, his faked his own death before and duped people into thinking he was Lex's son and turned Supergirl and Superboy against Superman. He helped create Superboy who was a clone half Superman and half Lex and put a fail safe in his DNA to control to destroy Superman. In the animated movie public enemies Lex manipulated his way to being president and was about to hit by a meteorite what does Lex do uses disaster into blaming superman and batman and used the JLA and other super heroes along with the people with to turn on them that's how Lex is he puts in a public image that butter wouldn't melt in his mouth but behind that facade is evil, cold and calculating. Whether actor or director and writer have done a good job of portraying this is subjective to anyone's individuals opinion.
As for BvS I think you'll get more out of it if you've read the graphic novels like the killing joke, the dark knight returns parts 1,2 and 3, Batmsn hush and especially death in the family. Marvel is more accessible as you don't have to read any of the comics or graphic novels. Both Marvel and DC films are fine in the direction there taking yeah some films will be hit or miss but like the fact we have a diverse set of films rather then just clones and remakes of the same films which Hollywood is littered with at the moment. Films will be subjective depending on the individuals opinion and view of any given film.

Actually I think you'll find it's getting a mixed response with some saying its a disappointment or some saying its very good.

RE: Movie News & Reviews
It does make me laugh when people think certain super heroes don't kill people when they've actually done it before which I'll explain. There's up roar when Superman killed Zod by snapping his neck which he had no choice he put him a real problem now Superman has killed before namely Zod in Superman 2 he takes away his powers crushes his hand picks him up and throws him down a bottom less pit in the fortess the other two die too with Lois killing the female villain again no one says a word because it's not graphic. Superman 3 he kills the evil Superman by struggling him by his neck. Superman also killed Doomsday and in The Dark Knight Returns kills and ripped off one of Green Arrows arm off.
Wonder Woman in the comics has killed, she killed Maxwell Lord live on tv by snapping his neck because Superman wouldn't kill. The Flash has killed before twice he killed reverse flash because he murdered Iris West his wife so he snapped his neck in two and actually went on trial for it. In the recent DC 52 reboot a future Barry Allen comes to present day to correct mistakes he did but he kills the villains as in his future they ended up doing bad shit.
Batman has killed, in the Keaton films his Batmobile in both films had machine guns which killed people. When he created the Joker he accidentally killed the Jack Naiper persona, near the end of the first film he kills one of jokers men at the top of chruch tower and flips the guy the edge and the guys falls to his death. Batman Returns his fighting that fat clown punches had no effect, the clown punches batman no effect the clown says nice try Batmsn looks down and his put the bomb on the clowns chest head butt him and eventually blows up. Another clown breathes fire at the Batmobile he turns the Batmobile around shots out a large flame sets the guy alight. Batman Forever Batman throws a load of fake coins at two face who then falls to his death lol.

RE: Batman v Superman- Dawn of Justice
It's nothing to with bloody fans you can apply that logic to anything some will like a particular film and some are not gonna like film, Star Wars Force Awakens is considered a success in breaking records but there's also a load of people that don't like because some consider it being a copy of the previous film all tho some may agree or disagree that's there opinon. Most people loved Deadpool I for one of them but they are some don't like it my mate only likes Marvel but he didn't like it at all and couldn't see what the fuss was about all tho I don't agree with and most won't his intitled to his view not even is gonna share the same view of what they think of film with its perceived as being being successful or not all films are subjective to one individual.

I posted a interesting piece on super heroes that people think that don't kill

RE: Batman v Superman- Dawn of Justice
Kal El I think my point was probably lost in translation. I am not a particular fan of either brand Marvel or DC. Yes obviously Spidey is my favourite but all my other favourites such as Superman, Flash, Green Lantern and BatMan are all DC. Also I understood this story is about 10 years old and is part of the Doomsday arc of comics and is an animated film which I think you can watch on Amazon.

My main point in this is the plot line progressed way two slowly and the casting In my opinion fell down. Ben Affleck is a poor Dark Knight compared to Christian Bale I know he is supposed to be an older Batman here but he just does not pull it off.

The difference when you see Civil War next month will demonstrate the point graphically.

Spiderman,Spiderman,does whatever a Spider can!!!

I have not yet seen bvs:doj but marvel since the first xmen film (not under the marvel brand) have set the standard for comic book based films which DC are trying to catch up. the marvel films don't waste time getting to the plot of the film (some say they don't have one) where has man of steel spent about 1hr or so telling Superman's history and did not really get going until Zod arrived.

I think the trailer revealed too much and should have kept some parts secret.

RE: Movie News & Reviews
Michael Keaton was fantastic has batman. him and bale were the best ones.

I think when they do kill it is when they have no other choice, in man of steel superman kills zod to stop him from killing a family with zod using heat vision and superman did not want to do it which we saw in his face when he breaks zod's neck.

I agree with you fanboys. I really want DC to be as good as Marvel has DC has got some really good characters like Marvel.

RE: Batman v Superman- Dawn of Justice
It has had dreadful reviews by most serious critics.

Anyway, I never liked the whole genre.
