well like it or not the show is definatley tamer from what i have seen up to yet again tonight even though the gorgeous selby is dressed quite conservatory the camera instantly moves away from any below the waist shots ,time will tell but if you cant get vixen on minus her knickers after 12midnight like last night then somethings not as it was

I think we will probably find out if the shows are are tamer when Bailey is next on , but other channels that are currently in a bit of bother from Ofcom Elite and RLC still let their girls go naked but are more reserved in doing so than the Sport xxx channels .
From what i can gather Satellite Entertainment LTD the licence holders of all the current Sport channels were or still are in trouble with Ofcom for failing to produce recordings of their shows when Ofcom have requested them , Bangbabes also got in trouble for this and Ofcom apparently look upon this as a very serious breach of their licence conditions

We will only know if the channels have tamed down once Bailey and TJ have been on. As with any move everyone has to get use to and comfortable with the new sets, lighting, camera angles etc. I for one would hope 'it's business as usual' once everyones settled in and ready for the return of Denni.
The licensee, Satellite Entertainment Limited, holds and operates four separate licences: Live XXX Babes (950), Sport XXX Girls (967), Essex Birds (955) and Northern Birds (954).
They have a total of nine 'In Breach' findings against them for non supply of recordings between September and October 2010 and Ofc@m are now considering issuing a statutory sanction.
The Broadcasting Sanctions Committee can take up to 60 working days (3 months) to reach a decision after hearing submissions by the licensee. A ridiculous amount of time.
It could be that a sanction has now been issued, and i would guess that it is a large financial penalty with a notice of direction.
If this is the case then i don't blame them for taming down the shows, but i hope it's not.

I think it's far too early to pass Judgement yet on whether or not the shows have been deliberately toned down or not, I still think as far as Vixens show went on Monday night went well it wasn't as explicit as normal but I think that probably had more to do with the long shift she had been working aswell as it being on a Monday night, also like other channels Sport is no exception, certain models will allways push boundaries more than others will, I am confident come the end of this week all talk of ofcom and toning down the show will no longer remain a subject for question, I mean why would Sport go to all the bother in improving the picture and production values only to then tone the show down that just doesn't add up. Sport will continue as it left off that I'm more than confident of. I for one cannot wait for sexy Bailey's show to further strengthen the cause and for what Sportxxx is all about and stand for. If any channel takes no bullshit from anybody including Ofcom it's Sport the original and the best.

Ok, i can tell you all we (models) have not been told to tome down on the show or anything along them lines, i found it a little difficult monday night to do a show i would do as i was having to get use to the new set, camera lighting ect. Also the office show is the same as sport xxx in regards to what we can or can not do on there, as Bailey showed last friday night she was as naughty as she is on xxx babes

good your shows are incredible and i think by the comments on this orum that lots of people agree. hope it continues and bailey, denni etc and possibly Foxy continue to give the best entertainment on TV!!!!

With the nine "in breach" findings against the Sport channels and the probability of a large financial fine i really hope it does not have much impact on what we get to see in the future , the thing is Ofcom don't know what was shown in the first place so can't tell the Sport people to tone it or worn them about showing to explicit content because they don't know if they went to far anyway , also Ofcom themselves have no problem with the girls getting naked so we should still be able to see plenty of nakedness on the Sport channels , it's just the financial part that is a bit worrying , after all it was not the Sport people that decided to break the rules , it was the company they leased their channel out to for a short time , it should be that company that pays up not the Sport , but sadly it is always the channel owners that always have to pick up the bill , just like Playboy have had to with the breaches committed by Elite , Bangbabes and RLC .

ofcon really needs to concentrate on important issues, instead of whether or not a normal body part happens to be glimpsed after the watershed. I've seen naughtier content on Babestation lately, yet they never seem to be investigated, not that I want them to (That does nobody any good), but I'm just saying. I just find all of this silliness to be a waste of time, and sadly it's the only way ofcon can make their money from these channels, to fine them a lot of money for something that should never be an issue in the first place. Investigations? You'd think these were murder or terrorist plots they were investigating

Just another glimpse on how ridiculous things are in this country, I work in a shop and we had a note through informing us that the Sport has to put out with the back page facing out rather than the front page, can't let the kiddies see a flash of boob after all....damage them for life. That isn't ofcom though, you can thank mumsnet for that idiocy.
