i'm not saying you're wrong mrmann, but bruises can form in different shapes and sizes.
as far as the psycho fan theory, i doubt if dionne would be at work looking happy if that happened.
it's possible it happened during rough sex but to leave a bruise like that would take an extreme blow.
so in my opinion, the more likely scenario is her falling on her arse and that she was probably inebriated at the time.

It does look to be caused by a fall, though the outer skin seems affected as well. It was mostly the handprint bruise that looked odd to me, because you never tend to see someone with an actual bruise like that in such detail, especially not in that shape. I could be wrong, but it looked like a hand to me with the spaces, finger tips and palm mark. Like I said, while I can be a bit nosy perhaps, others mentioned it as well, so I'm not the only one noticing. I think we need Gil Grissom on the case to do a proper CSI investigation Alright I'll shut it, until the next batch of bruises appear...
