Happened twice to me last Monday too. Complete shambles, I'll try tonight when she returns from her break and hopefully I'll have better luck. Seems to happen to me when I call before midnight, after that generally less chance of being cut off, at least in my experience, though it shouldn't happen at all if they ran their tech in a competent manner, hard luck Snookered

Cut off twice too in the space of a minute, completely ridiculous S66, seems to be happening to Lola all night as none of her calls seem to be lasting any length of time, let me know the email please Snookered
