with his (now deleted) argument to Donna that he continued to call because the girls "asked him to call back"... I am still awaiting Kev producing a maxed out Barclaycard statement full of designer shoe and handbag purchases which he now intends to get "written off" on the gounds that the girls "asked him to check their wishlists"

If there is such a person as Kev. If he really as called the shows to the tune of 91k. And If he as actually got away without paying. Then I don't understand why all the venom being spit at him. Surely he has done everyone who calls these programmes a massive favour. Does it not tell you that to call these programmes at over inflated call charges is not the brightest thing a person can do with his or her money. To let a caller get so far into debt is the real crime here, not a stupid lonely man getting his sexual thrills. But does he really exist I very much doubt it. Could he have been dreamed up by some clever unscrupulous ad men to show that they really do care about their callers by willing to write off this massive debt. Remember the old adage, all publicity is good publicity.

Kev doesn't seem to be blaming Vodafone anymore anyway, so seeing their shops won't give him a migraine. Judging by his latest tweets it's the channels who he now sees as the real villains with their money grabbing ways and the girls who encouraged him to call back when his calls timed out.

I thought it took several months for phone companies to pass on payments to avoid problems with nonpayment. Havent there been threads about babes being paid months in arrears. In the past there have been telecoms cases, not related to Kev or babechannels, of fraudsters running up premium rate debts to companies they own, getting payment from telecoms companies and doing a runner without paying the telecoms co, so the rules were changed to prevent payout before money was collected from customers.

So did they channel get paid?

sure vodafone pays the Phone provider who in turn pays the tv company who then in turns pays the girls so guessing it takes some time to filter thru

thats why about 18months ago 2 years ago we were getting away with 50p a call to the channels and it took them about 3-4 months to find out Wink cos it had to go thru the systems

mind you elite/s66 use a diffrent company to the rest of the channels because they were not on the 50p calls when it happened

difference is that when you were paying 50p to call a show, you were PAYING 50p to call a show Wink

not getting the bill and whining about how the nasty girls made you call and the nasty company tried to make you pay the tarrif price you were aware about from the off Wink

with that argument you could justify anyone with a credit card should have the balance written off incase they go to the press with a sob story about how nasty greengrocers made them spend the money Rolleyes
