Thinking about this, true sometimes you catch Dionne looking a little bored or something. Its understandable as I'm sure the job can get repetitive and I'd say most girls are the same. Positive spin, I suppose you could say she isnt afraid to show her mood at times and comes across as pretty real about it, and I'm probably giving the wrong impression as she certainly has lots of fun as well.

Tonight is a good example, I thought she seemed a little bit flat earlier, but right now looking perky and having a laugh on the phones

I think she's the only one at Elite who is the most distracted. Even while on many of her calls, she's usually laughing with the crew, maybe laughing at her callers. I know the people in the control room listen to the calls as well, so I'm sure it must be funny!
