He has signed a 4 yr contract and brings 3 staff with him, Rui Faria, Silvino Louro and Jose Morais, who will all be Assistant First Team Coaches and will work with current first team staff Steve Holland, Christophe Lollichon and Chris Jones."

Looks like he is starting to ruin chelsea already like he do to madrid this season. Selling Luiz is stupid, one of chelsea best players and one of the best in the league. Can't see mourinho last long at all.

Expectations are high... so what if he fails to deliver.

Absolutely delighted to have Jose back, but if it doesn't work out perfectly and results don't go well I just think there's a feeling amongst Chelsea of "So what? We're gonna enjoy every second!" (which we couldn't really feel like we could do with the other fella at Napoli)

I get the feeling this is it now, and he'll be here for the forseeable future. And with the kids we've got at the club he could build something very exciting without spending trillions.

He is slowly loosing his brains, he is just doing what he do at madrid and pull the dressing room apart. He needs to loose Terry and Torres not Luiz and Mata, they are the two best players at chelsea.... they should have kept Benitez, he knew what he was doing.

Haha you have to be kidding suggesting Mourhino doesn't know what he is doing. He is simply stamping his own authority firmly in place. There are far better players than Luiz who he could buy with the money he gets. I'm pretty sure come the end of the season Chelsea will be up there as one of the main contenders.

Im not saying you wont be contenders, but he made a mess of madrid and selling the clubs best 2 players is ridiculous, they are 2 of the best in the league possibly the world. Why sell them? It's not like they need to sell them for money... Same as he refused to play casillas and ramos, 2 world cup winners and great players. Everything has to be about him, not the club..

Errr I'm not a Chelsea supporter....just saying. Mourhino is good for the game though and will spice up things in the EPL
