Mary Tamm, who played Romana alongside Tom Baker has died aged 62, after a battle with cancer.

I hadn't even heard she was ill, so this has come as a bit of a shock Sad

There's a new 90 sec Trailer on tomorrow night at 8pm, probably on BBC1

Also looks likely that Dr Who will run for 5 weeks then be replaced in its slot by Merlin (there's a Merlin trailer coming on Friday, too, apparently)

very nice, looking to be a good series. This is the trailer that's on bbc1 tonight.

The first episode is called asylum of the daleks and the series starts either on saturday 25th August or Saturday 1st September

august 25th. ep 5 will be karen gillan's final episode.

merlin is due to start on 29th sept. dr who and merlin on the same night makes for great night in.
