I only caught a bit of this as it was on New Years Eve but it was quite a fascinating look at the Peregrine Falcon.
The intro starts with a breathtaking analysis of what this animal can do which is - 'it's the fastest animal on Earth, 3 x faster than a Cheetah...It can withstand forces up to 18G - Twice that of our best fighter pilots and can take on prey, double it's size'.

There was a test that they put a 4 year old Peregrine through to judge exactly how good their eyesight is, which took place in a baron spot in the Lake District. At 1km the falcon could see the 2nd person (who had a tennis ball with a small fake like prey attached, which he was throwing above his head, repeatedly from 1km away), it locked on straight away and zoned in on the target. They re-attempted the trial and ended it at 3km which the falcon found but did struggle at the start to find the target.

Overall for any animal lovers of Peregrines, this is a fascinating watch.
