That agent also got the CUNT Mark Hughes to defend him last night!

I think there'll be a lot of smug United fans telling everyone that's why Fergie didn't sign him up and why they hate him.

Seem to be a selfish prick does Tevez

I missed Sparky defending him. He is no doubt still bitter about kicking the boot from City. That agent Kia Joorbiscumomenygrabbincuntfacechian is a cancer in football. People like him need to be eliminated as they are only fuelled by greed.

Tevez is a selfish prick indeed! They had City fans on various phone-ins today fuming at the cost to get to Germany for one of their much worshipped players to treat the club with such dis-contempt.

Well once you earn that kind of money, you start living in your own bubble...where what you say goes, and he obviously doesn't like not having things done his way, and that's why he's behaving like this.

Throwing money at players like City have is ruining football, as they have all the power.

Tevez won't care, that's the problem, he'll just sit there and count his money

Sad thing is there is so much truth in what you have written... Fuck wits!!

I wonder how long until football breaks away and starts again. It's riddled to the core with rules, regulations and finance! All for the benefit of the rich getting richer!

The problem is the higher ups at FIFA either are corrupt, have their own agenda (Platini and Blatter) or have no idea about football! All they care about is money themselves, hence Russia 2018 and Qatar 2022, so what chances do the rest have!

The rich get richer, the poor get poorer, unless some rich dude (who knows nothing about football) takes over and chucks money at you! (Man City, Crawley and, ahem, Fulham)

What Arsene Wenger said is true, all this money will be the downfall of football

To true. Wenger can see it, although there will be a hint of hypocrisy if he ends up at PSG.

FIFA are to blame, but football is under one umbrella fronted by them, this is the reason I wonder if there will be a breakaway at some point. A bit like what happened in darts to a degree. FIFA is a joke and corrupt, everyone seems to be realising that slowly and more and more evidence is coming out. It's just a matter of time before sponsorships start pulling the plug, then the shit will hit the fan in a big way

Too right, when sponsorships go...where will the money go, but there is so much to be gained by sponsors hanging around, I doubt that'll ever happen, its the most popular sport in the world!

What happened with regard to darts?

RE: Football Banter
Darts used to be all under the BDO (British Darts Orgainsation) and due to man at the top milking the players worth and raking in the money off the back of their success some of the top players decided to make a break away league, the PDC (Professional Darts Cooperation, or Phil's Dart Club if you like Wink )
Basically the big players didn't like the way it was being run and felt they were getting done out for what they deserved and made a stand. Long and complicated, and although worlds apart from what's happening in football, the similarities are there is some instances.

So it has just broken, Tevez has been suspended by the club.

On more serious football matters and contrasting stories Bolton midfielder Stuart Holden looks like he is facing another 6 months out due to cruciate ligament damage.

I hope that Mancini is supported in his stance over this sorry affair. I don't like it at the best of times when these footballers grow ideas of grandure and suddenly think they're the grand high master of creation.

Now if Tevez has indeed refused to play (I say if because you never know 100% what you can trust with paper talk) its so unprofessional. I believe if this is the case Mancini is absolutely right to say he won't play for them again, and the owners should back the manager. Tevez will be made to finish his contract, leave for nothing at the end of it, and all in all it won't really effect him in terms of financial losses.

Tevez' attitude is such a kick in the teeth for everyone who supports the true game. Managers, club officials, people who fought long and hard for football club's causes and above all, the fans. Its like sticking two fingers up at everyone who believes in the national game.

So much player power these days its almost criminal. These players are paid a king's ransom and get in one week what most people won't be able to afford in an entire lifetime. Fans want people who are prepared to play and fight for the right to wear their club's shirt. They want and the clubs want someone who is prepared to pay back at least some of the obscene amounts of money these guys are paid.

Tevez is a brilliantly skilled footballer, but if the reports are true, can no longer be regarded as a professional footballer.
