I'm very much in favour of the minimum 'sub-divisions' in any context.

Apart from anything else I've just checked last year's UKAP nominees, no Charmaine there at all. I don't think that her performances are more engaging this year, it's just that now, as a regular TV Babe, she's less excluded.
