Tubs Murphy lost to Li Hang Wink Yan Bingtao also got humbled.

Ronnie was pushed to a decider by Liang Wenbo, and has also been mouthing off again.

GOOD NEWS for Snooks - Maguire got turned over by McGill. Ronnie was pushed by Li Hang but still prevailed.

McGill meets Brecel who at least has carried over his form from last week.

Luca did the business, leading 5-1 and then 8-2 before John rallied. Pleased to catch Foulds bringing up that Scottish Open final 5 years back when John led Marco Fu 4-1 and then Fu won 8 in a row. Has he dropped off the tour too?

Anyway, Luca got it finished, so well done. Amazed he's only 26 he seems to have been around ages.

It shows great resilience to keep pushing that hard though.
