No, I wasn't refering to any email, but the bull shit about it being about a point of law and not about Brexit.

I haven't said nor do I want the courts decision to be over turned, I actually welcome it. I've already stated this on here.

I think it's a very good thing, either way it will shut people the fuck up so the government can get on with it either way, get on with negotiations or try and mend bridges and stay in the EU.

The problem with it, it's been unnecessarily drawn out.

Do you not see that this is exactly what many people are looking to do with the referendum vote and Brexit? So correct me if I'm wrong if Cameron had sought from the very beginning an act that made the referendum legally BINDING in the first place - and before he triggered it & accepted whatever the result was - none of this mess would have been created?
