Everyone get's away with penalty decisions, it's just because utd are a successful team that they get highlighted by the likes a bitter fans such as yourself

Its not bitterness buddy. It's a statement of fact. Man Utd have had 3 in the space of about a month now. Tonight, Berbatov's dive against Liverpool and the one they got away with against West Brom the other week. It's gone beyond a joke.

Edit: And just so we are clear. I'm taking nothing away from Man United's second half showing. It was a fantastic comeback. It would have been even better had the penalty been correctly awarded and then scored.

master yoda long time no see! obviously i know your teams liverpool and theres a rivalry with man utd but come on. maybe the bigger teams do get some decisions going for them but man utds are highlighted more cos they are always on tv. im not goin to go on bout it but i do remember liverpool losing to atletico madrid and gerrard went up for the ball with one of their players and it was just a shoulder barge but he just fell like he had been hit by a moving car, then he equalised. that was just as bad as berbatov against liverpool. in my opinion it could have been given but watching on espn macmanaman said he didnt think it was a penalty, and hes a scouser.

Well malicious fan, my old pal!!! I agree totally with you about the Gerrard incident which was in 2008 and there was also the dive by David Ngog against Birmingham in October 2009. These are the only 2 incidents (neither are excusable by the way) i can think of in recent years and Liverpool are on t.v as much as Man Utd are. I've given 3 examples for them in the last month alone!!!! Look it is beginning to sound like bitterness from a Liverpool fan but it's not intended to be that way. It hardly affects ourselves in our current position I just think it's a shame for Blackpool tonight. By the way, McManaman and Peter Walton the ref, were probably the only 2 people on planet earth who thought it wasnt a pen!!!
