At the moment Season 7 is set to start filming on the 1st of October.

Jay Garrick is to return in season 7, before the lockdown and the cut to season 6 there were plans to integrate him into end story line of season 6.

Season 7 started filming a few days.

Season 7 in the States is now due to air on the 23rd of February 2021.

Some big villains are supposed to returning for season 7, also filming on season 7 was halted as two crew members had Covid but now filming again.

Actor Jon Cor has been cast as the DC Comics villain Mark Stevens aka Chillblaine. He will be in a recurring role in season 7, the official description for the character:

“Scientist Mark Stevens is a charismatic bad boy obsessed with cryogenic technology. But when he’s not breaking into corporate safes, he’s busy breaking hearts with his irresistible charm and roguish style. Armed with his own cold weapons, he’ll become a new thorn in the side of Team Flash as the DC Comics villain Chillblaine.”

Season 7 in the States has been delayed by a week.
