It appears that a Belarusian Krystsina Tsimanouskaya was being sent back home after she critised the coaches.
She was taken to the airport but did not catch the flight back to Turkey. She's supposedly been taken away by an activist group for her security and she's supposed to be asking for asylum in Germany or Austria on Monday.

^ It seems they’d entered her for an event she’d never trained for so she complained on social media. The Belorussian Olympic Committee is run by ….. yes that’s the son of the Belorussian President.
